Illegal groundwater stealing by builders in Bengaluru

The builders of Bangalore are simply criminals with no regards to rules and regulations.

This plot owner in Chinnappanahalli, Bangalore is pumping groundwater day and night stealing more than 15 tankers per day and selling through private tankers. The neighboring apartment has started facing water crisis after just after one week, their borewell has nearly stopped working. The residents have filed complains with numerous departments of Bangalore, but authorities simply transfer the complain to one another with no resolution. There seems to be no use of the high salaries being earned by individuals when it comes to fighting such criminals. Even on sending  complaint to Deccan Herald, tagging AajTak, NDTV in instagram and X posts has caused no effect. Please suggest dear friends how to tackle such problems. Maybe we are too rule abiding and need to adopt alternate routes to solve such grave criminal issues.
